2. Objeto

El presente Aviso Legal regula el acceso y uso del sitio web plennia.pet, a través del cual Plennia ofrece la venta de alimentos y productos para mascotas.

3. Condiciones de Uso

El acceso al sitio web es gratuito. El usuario se compromete a hacer un uso adecuado de los contenidos y servicios, y a no emplearlos para actividades ilícitas o contrarias a la buena fe.

4. Medios de Pago

Los pagos con tarjeta se procesan de forma segura a través del TPV Virtual de BBVA, sobre la plataforma Redsys. Plennia no almacena en ningún momento los datos completos de tu tarjeta. Las suscripciones estarán disponibles próximamente; cuando lo estén, los cobros recurrentes se realizarán mediante tokenización segura de Redsys. 5. Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial

Todos los contenidos del sitio (textos, imágenes, marcas, logotipos y diseño) son titularidad de PATITAS (LITTLE PAWS), S.L. o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial. La marca PLENNIA está registrada como marca de la Unión Europea n.º 19244187. Queda prohibida su reproducción sin autorización expresa.

6. Responsabilidad

Plennia no se responsabiliza de los daños derivados del mal uso del sitio ni de interrupciones o errores técnicos ajenos a su control. Los enlaces a sitios de terceros se ofrecen a título informativo, sin control sobre su contenido.

7. Protección de Datos

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad y nuestra Política de Cookies.

8. Legislación Aplicable

El presente Aviso Legal se rige por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia serán competentes los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la normativa de consumidores reconozca al usuario.

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of plennia.pet, through which Plennia sells pet food and pet products.

Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to make appropriate use of the content and services and not to use them for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.

4. Payment Methods

Card payments are processed securely through the BBVA Virtual POS, on the Redsys platform. Plennia never stores your full card details. Subscriptions are coming soon; once available, recurring charges will be made using secure Redsys tokenisation. See our Terms & Conditions for details of the payment process.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All website content (text, images, trademarks, logos and design) belongs to PATITAS (LITTLE PAWS), S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The PLENNIA trade mark is registered as European Union trade mark No. 19244187. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Liability

Plennia is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the site or from technical interruptions or errors beyond its control. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only, with no control over their content.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
