Terms & Conditions (English)
1. About Us
These Terms govern your use of plennia.pet and purchases from Patitas Little Paws, S.L. ("Plennia"), incorporated under Spanish law in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: legal@patitas-shop.com
2. Contract Formation
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (10% on pet food in Spain). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of order.
4. Delivery
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, you may withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us at legal@patitas-shop.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Returns and Refunds
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return to your original payment method. Opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
7. Product Information
Check the physical packaging for the most accurate information, especially if your pet has allergies or health conditions. Consult a veterinarian when in doubt.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription orders recur monthly. Cancel or modify anytime through your account before the next billing date.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on plennia.pet is the property of Patitas Little Paws, S.L. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

1. Información General
Estas Condiciones regulan el uso de plennia.pet y las compras a Patitas Little Paws, S.L. ("Plennia"), constituida en Barcelona, España. Contacto: legal@patitas-shop.com
2. Formación del Contrato
Al realizar un pedido realizas una oferta de compra. El contrato se formaliza cuando te enviamos el email de confirmación. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar o cancelar pedidos por problemas de stock o errores de precio.
3. Precios y Pago
Todos los precios están en euros (€) e incluyen el IVA aplicable (10% sobre alimentos para animales en España). El pago es procesado de forma segura por Stripe. El cargo se realiza en el momento del pedido.
4. Entrega
Enviamos a España peninsular e Islas Baleares. Plazo estimado: 2–5 días hábiles. Los plazos son estimaciones y no están garantizados.
5. Derecho de Desistimiento
En virtud de la Directiva 2011/83/UE y el RDL 7/2021, tienes derecho a desistir en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto sin necesidad de justificación. Comunícalo a legal@patitas-shop.com. Los gastos de devolución corren a tu cargo salvo producto defectuoso.
6. Devoluciones y Reembolsos
Los productos deben estar sin abrir, sin usar y en embalaje original. El reembolso se realiza en 14 días tras recibir la devolución. Los alimentos abiertos no pueden devolverse por higiene salvo defecto.
7. Información del Producto
Comprueba siempre el etiquetado físico, especialmente si tu mascota tiene alergias. Consulta a un veterinario en caso de duda.
8. Suscripciones
Los pedidos por suscripción se procesan mensualmente. Puedes cancelar o modificar en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta antes de la próxima fecha de facturación.
9. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido de plennia.pet es propiedad de Patitas Little Paws, S.L. y no puede reproducirse sin autorización escrita.
10. Legislación y Jurisdicción
Estas Condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Las controversias se someterán a los tribunales de Barcelona, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la normativa de consumidores te reconozca en tu país de residencia.
